State Street Volunteers help our Campers have a sweet day!
For the past several years, State Street employees have come to Collier Youth Services to volunteer and, as an added bonus, State Street funds a special treat for our Kateri Day Camp campers. This year we were fortunate enough (again) to have a group of wonderful volunteers not only make our campers’ day, but help spruce up our campus.
These 7 volunteers, led by Lisa Carroll, repainted the lamp posts on the pathway from Collier High School and Smith Hall, helping to create a much cleaner look for when our students and staff walk between the buildings during the upcoming school year.
Once they finished painting, this amazing group went to work making cotton candy sticks for campers to snack on during the Kateri Day Camp talent show. This sweet treat certainly put a smile on their faces.
Thank you State Street for your continued support of Collier and Kateri Day Camp—it truly means so much to us that we can count on you year after year!
